Payment can now be taken directly on EHR. Out of network clients will be able to book without and now pay throught of client portal.

Taking the first step toward better mental health can feel overwhelming — we’re here to make it easier. Whether you’re a new client scheduling your first psychiatric evaluation or a returning client booking a follow-up, our process is simple and confidential.

For New Clients

  • Schedule an Initial Appointment / Psychiatric Evaluation to discuss your history, concerns, and goals. Your first visit is 45–60 minutes and includes a personalized treatment plan.

For Returning Clients

  • Book a Follow-Up / Medication Management visit to review your progress and make any needed adjustments. Session lengths vary from 20–30 minutes depending on your needs.

Your privacy matters. All appointments are HIPAA-compliant, with intake forms and payments managed through Simple Practise.

Payment Information: A super-bill can be provided if you’d like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Insurance & Payment Options

We currently accept insurance through Headway, including Aetna, Ascension, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Health Care. More to follow.

If your plan is not listed, you may still be able to work with us using out-of-network benefits: we are happy to provide a super-bill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
